The different modules are grouped in four main components:

Quality Control:
Inspection Plans, Electronic Quality Data Entry Sheets, Process Tracking

Logistics Control:
Logical and Physical Inventory and Warehouse Management, Control of all material
movements

Maintenance Control:
Operational aspects of maintenance management, such as task generation and workflow management

The MWare Configuration Manager module is used to configure and update the manufacturing model in the MWare system. Business processes and Master Data such as machines, work centers, item groups, and user profiles, can be changed on the fly, without programming.

The MWare Configuration Manager also allows the customization of the standard MWare User Interfaces, in terms of permissions and authentication. This way the interface can be tuned to the diverse needs that are reflected by operators, supervisors and management.

All these modules collaborate to control and manage the different aspects of production. The integrated workflow management assures that your business processes, in relation to manufacturing, materials and components, and continuous improvement, are strictly enforced and automated.
