Brussels, BE – August 6, 2011

PEC sponsors the Belgian solar car team, participating at the 2011 World Solar Challenge (http://www.worldsolarchallenge.org) in Australia. The Belgian team ended second during the 2007 edition and has presented its new car on August 6, 2011 under the Atomium in Brussels.

PEC supplied the team with test equipment for testing the lithium cells and for the drive cycle simulation on the solar car battery pack.

We wish them success during the upcoming race (October 16 to 23).
